Jaime Junker is a professional financial advisоr with more than twenty years of experience in the field, offering financial services and tax planning. His career started in accounting and tах after he graduated from Saint Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota, where he played baseball and was elected president of the college’s business club. He first worked for one of the "Big Six" CPA firms in Minneapolis, but then he founded his own firm from the ground up.

To ensure that he offered personalized service, Jaime moved from handling over 1,000 clients to working with a fewer number of clients, where he could effectively offer them investment planning services. In 2018, he sold his CPA firms to maximize his impact with fewer clients, which is his approach of not “overbооking the ship”. In addition, Jaime was raised in Stillwater, Minnesota and was captain of his state tournament bound Ponies baseball team and has remained active in his community by being the president of Stillwater Area Baseball Boosters and coaching the Bayport American Legion Baseball team.

Jaime maintains an active roll in his clients’ tax planning because he feels that he can add what he calls “tax alpha”, by reducing the taxes associated with a person’s assets and investment activities. Jaime says, “Ultimately, it’s what the after-tax return on the investments is that really matters. That’s the true test of a return rate.”

Apart from his career, Jaime is a man of faith who believes in the importance of work and the satisfaction derived from helping others. His personal beliefs are based on inspirational readings such as "See You at the Top" by author Zig Ziglar, and "Values Based Financial Planning" by author Bill Bachrach. He also has an interest in agriculture where he learned how to produce "the best horse hay on earth" and how to manage a sizable cattle operation.

Jaime and his wife Maureen have been married for over 30 years and have two children, Jordan and Mitchell. He is the happiest when he is with his family or serving clients. Jaime and Maureen enjoy horseback riding, traveling, and spending time together on their farm in Western Wisconsin. On the farm, they care for their horses and herd of registered Simmental and Angus cattle. Jaime's unique approach shines through in his personal life as he also enjoys doing activities that others may not. This includes fundraising, or walking ankle-deep in mud to feed the steers at his and Maureen’s farm.
